- Perform required preventive maintenance activities on commercial and utility battery energy storage systems to maintain warranty coverage

What You’ll Bring - Must be a Registered Alberta AIT Apprentice (ALBERTA OPENINGS), 309A construction and maintenance electrician apprentice with the Skill Trades Ontario (ONTARIO OPENINGS) or Industry Training Authority (VANCOUVER OPENINGS)
- Knowledge of basic electrical theory and Ohms law. Must have 1-2 years of electrical experience including the installation of electrical equipment
- Uses a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. Ability to travel to numerous sites daily and travel up to 2 weeks at a time
- Experience working with low voltage control circuits & AC power circuits. Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics
- The employee may require the ability lift 50 lbs. from the ground and pull 50 lbs. of force
- Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling, and conduit pulling. Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt
- Maintain a standing position for long periods while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires. Work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
