Perform required preventive maintenance activities on commercial and utility battery energy storage systems to maintain warranty coverage

What You’ll Bring
Must be a Registered Alberta AIT Apprentice (ALBERTA OPENINGS), 309A construction and maintenance electrician apprentice with the Skill Trades Ontario (ONTARIO OPENINGS) or Industry Training Authority (VANCOUVER OPENINGS)
Knowledge of basic electrical theory and Ohms law. Must have 1-2 years of electrical experience including the installation of electrical equipment
Uses a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. Ability to travel to numerous sites daily and travel up to 2 weeks at a time
Experience working with low voltage control circuits & AC power circuits. Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics
The employee may require the ability lift 50 lbs. from the ground and pull 50 lbs. of force
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling, and conduit pulling. Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt
Maintain a standing position for long periods while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires. Work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
