Role and Responsibilities
• Control and manage acceptable levels of inventory in service warehouse
• Work with Production / MIP supervisors and area leads to receive Service parts based on planned Purchased Orders and arrange logistics to have them moved to Service warehouse.
• Carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems (SAP) to complete material movement transactions
• Schedule deliveries and maintain KPI for service department
• Maintain stock and control of consumable inventory for warehouse
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior SAP experience using different transaction codes
• Able to be licensed for forklift drive
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software including MS Office
• Capability to learn new specific software

First Shift
1. [Manufacturing KPI monitoring management] Support identifying the worst items of loss and KPI, and supporting enhancement of poor status.
2. [Production capability] Support calculating production capability on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis based on the planned quantity.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Supervisor is familiar with all operations in the Mold Center with the ability to advise and train less experienced mold center personnel.
2. Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day activities of the mold center, including schedule of mold and die PM's, engineering changes and repairs for maintenance team.
3. Supervisor is responsible to maintain and sustain 3C5S in mold center.5. Supervisor keeps daily attendance audit for his/her shift/team.
6. Supervisor reports any problems with molds, dies, machinery or personnel to Mold Center Part Leader
7. Supervisor performs any other duties as assigned by part leader or MIP group leader.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Minimum: Associate Degree, or High school diploma.
2. Experience: 5 years’ experience in supervising and troubleshooting mold/die issues.
3. Knowledge: Knowledge of Forklift, Overhead crane, CNC, EDM, Wire, Welding, manual mill, lathe and grinder. Mold and Die troubleshooting and repair.
4. Skills: Good communication skills, Problem Solving Ability, MS Office or other Production related system skills such as SGTM
5. Physical Demands:
• Frequently required to stand; use hands to handle and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
6. Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ or region.
