You will facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders (Carriers/DCs/Terminals/Stores) and resolve any potential risk to customers. In addition to coordinating the movement of products you will play a vital role in supporting the management of Nike rental assets keeping detailed records of vehicle maintenance to ensure they remain operational for daily and business use, and repairs are resolved quickly to sustain a constant flow of assets.

This role will report to the Manager of North America Technical Services WCS. You will work closely with your Warehouse Management System (WMS) counterpart to investigate systems integration incidents between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Warehouse Control System (WCS). You will also have direct interactions with Logistic Center employees and management responding to product routing issues and service requests. Cross-collaborative partnerships will be cultivated across multiple business units including operations, maintenance, IT and 3rd-party vendor partners.
