Lead the product strategy and development efforts in one of Lemonade’s main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities.

Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.

Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them

At least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company - a must

A proven track record of building high-quality products at scale, a must

5+ years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company

Experience in checkout and payment flows, a big advantage
