What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas region, aligning it with overall business goals and corporate IT strategies.
Lead a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff, ensuring high performance and employee development.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server systems, networks, data centers, clouds, and securities for IT and Operational Technology (OT).
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in similar IT leadership roles. Experience in global environment highly preferred.
Stable work history.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
High level knowledge in modern IT technology and technology transformation experiences.
Extensive experience leading global transformation and migration projects.
Extensive working knowledge of cloud and storage management.
Extensive experience leading global teams, projects and metrics, organization structure, team development, management encouragement, financial/business acumen, business care building.
Extensive experience leading global transformation and migration projects
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience with modern machine learning, generative AI, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Experience with VM Ware, Hypervisor, Zscaler, Net App, or ZPA ZIA
