• Keep all manufacturing equipment and plant areas clean and organized
• Communicate parts, materials, and cleaning supply requirements in accordance with company procedures
• Perform floor scrapping and deep cleaning as needed
• Use tools, vacuums, and cleaning supplies to remove dirt, oil, grease, and debris from manufacturing equipment and floors
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials
• Work from ladders or platforms to clean hard-to-reach sections of equipment
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
• Identify cleaning needs, assess hazards, and determine appropriate cleaning methods
• Follow strict safety standards and procedures, report potential hazards, and wear required PPE
• Support quality and environmental health and safety system compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to carry up to 35+ lbs occasionally
• Comfortable navigating uneven and slippery surfaces

• Ladder safety training and lockout/tagout training
• Proficient English communication skills
• Experience with SPS, 5S, or Continuous Improvement activities

• Gather and analyze fluid samples to monitor concentration levels
• Adjust concentrations and perform corrective actions based on analysis results
• Perform fluid quality checks on required machinery
• Log and report all findings to the Supervisor and Quality department
• Maintain communication with suppliers to address issues and shortages

• Conduct monthly safety inspections
