As the Sr. Administrative Assistant to multiple VPs within the GTM organization, you will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. You will partner closely with the VP, Sales and key stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings, collect and synthesize information for presentations and strategic planning, and serve as the first point of contact for high-level relationships. You will also lead communications across the organization, ensuring alignment on initiatives through email, Slack, and calendar management, as well as plan and execute team offsites and events. In addition, you will provide creative support by developing slide presentations and business assets, helping to drive organizational initiatives forward and enabling leadership to focus on delivering business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain the schedule for multiple VPs in the GTM organization including meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies while taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
  • Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
  • Ensure VP, Sales is prepared for upcoming meetings by gathering necessary materials & information
  • Partner with key stakeholders to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects and strategic planning
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high-level contacts and the VP, Sales
  • Draft and execute on org-wide communications including but not limited to email, calendar, slack and other strategic communications that help drive org initiatives forward
  • Lead event planning for team offsites and team activities
  • Creative assistance with slide presentations, assets, and other Gong deliverables used for the business
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold an academic degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Industry Expansion sales leadership, driving growth through process optimization, financial rigor, and actionable insights.
  • Lead and maintain the business operating rhythm (weekly/monthly forecast & pipeline reviews, demand gen reviews, account reviews, KPI & headcount tracking, QBR/MRR).
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to develop territory methodologies, headcount models, and capacity planning for Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams.
  • Champion effective adoption and innovation in sales tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, planning/analytics platforms), including enforcing usage hygiene and identifying new use cases.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to design reporting and dashboards that drive visibility into performance, productivity, and pipeline health.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Product to align operational strategy with GTM goals.
  • Apply a bias for action to quickly resolve process bottlenecks, while building scalable, repeatable solutions for the long term.
  • Maintain documentation and enforce compliance around policies, sales processes, and engagement rules.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of Sales/Business Operations or GTM Strategy experience, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models
  • Background in financial services, fintech , healthcare, or consulting focused on regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations selling to Fortune 1000 companies, with an ability to translate industry-specific dynamics into operational strategies.
  • Proven success building territory models, forecasting processes, and headcount/capacity plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize revenue processes, accelerate sales cycles, and reduce the path to revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to extract insights from data (SQL knowledge a plus).
  • Skilled in navigating complex tech stacks including CRM, account planning, account scoring, data enrichment, and productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to execute multiple priorities with urgency.
  • High degree of ownership — not just identifying opportunities, but turning insights into measurable results.

  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with ease.
  • Experience with SaaS applications that support Enterprise business processes.
  • Strong CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred).
  • Ability to optimally coordinate and work across functional & technical teams – both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually.
  • Understand business and organizational complexity at large strategic firms
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional teams, including: Sales, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, and Engineering.

  • Thoroughly understand all aspects of the Gong Forecast product in order to explain and demo the technology to all types of users.
  • Understand the entire Gong Revenue AI platform to be able to position how Gong Forecast and other parts of the platform can help customers achieve their revenue outcomes.
  • Be the trusted advisor to both prospects and customers to ensure they get the correct business outcome and value from our Gong technology.
  • Conduct detailed use case discovery sessions on prospects’ customer Forecasting workflows.
  • Execute the build and delivery of outcome-based demos and solution architecture diagrams for customers that have highly complex use cases.
  • Assist prospects and customers with trials (POCs, Pilots), when appropriate.
  • Craft content to show customers how to leverage Gong Forecast for specific use cases.
  • Solution complex business and technical requirements and explain them in simple terms.
  • Assist with RFPs and questionnaires in the context of sales cycles.
  • Help eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Services, Product Management, Engineering) in order to get deals across the line.
  • Partner with and support Marketing on demand gen activities (webinars, conferences, events).
  • Contribute reusable assets to the Sales Engineering team and the company at-large.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to share voice of the customer feedback in order to influence our product roadmap and GTM strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering role (pre-sales) or a combination of sales engineering and other relevant work experience.
  • Experience selling to decision makers in Sales and Operations
  • Understanding of the revenue forecasting industry, competitors and overall landscape.
  • A passion for serving the customer, which has played out in customer-facing pre-sales/sales roles; ideally sales engineering.
  • Experience with sales technology: CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony / web conference systems.
  • Understanding of essential sales workflows, including Forecasting and Prospecting.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) sales team personas.
