Job Summary

Reporting to the

They will lead and manage the finance team to ensure accounting and financial processes and procedures are in accordance with corporate and legislative requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Maximize financial returns by establishing and overseeing the financial aspects of the assigned site/business segment performance.
  • Proactively drive actions to improve profitability, cashflow and long-term performance.
  • Identify & build business cases for investments, evaluate & mitigates risks, understand foreign exchange and currencies impacts, support quotes & work with customers, drawing on strong business acumen to achieve high site performance.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements such as finance digitization efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to corporate policies, local country, and US GAAP, as well as tax, customs, and trade compliance.
  • Oversee the activities of the Accounting and Finance Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, 12 month rolling forecasts and annual audits.
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which safeguard company assets by verifying the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, and enhance the Company's value, including complying with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
  • Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
  • Drive HR Strategies, Talent Development, coaching, mentoring and culture actions to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated & high performing workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Strong experience on US GAAP, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, cashflow, financial modeling.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Excel.
  • A background in manufacturing/cost accounting .

What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist with managing the Accounting and costing departments.
  • Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related field.
  • A background in manufacturing/cost accounting.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex’s business.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functionaltechnologies/processes,industries or functions and comprehension of relations of such processes at the site.

  • Effectively interface with employees from other internal business groups and Senior Executives inside and outside the company and understands key players within all organizations
  • Maintain a "pulse of the business", having a sense for the issues taking place in the organization
  • Partners with the corporate communication team to implement communication strategies and materials that support key initiatives and convey pertinent details to all stakeholders
  • Onboarding new employees and training new team members

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum of 9+ years of applicable administrative experience supporting an SVP, or C-suite level executive(s) ideally from a fast-paced Manufacturing/ Tech/ Software company;
  • Skillful execution of administrative activities, with discretion, great attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Strong oral and written communication: Ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, focusing on follow-through
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail and calendaring skills, conference call set up, and audio and visual conferencing programs including Zoom

Job Summary

General Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the management of the cross-functional team resources and support areas; for the delivery of products and services according to the client's requirements; adding value to Flex and its customers. Identify the needs of the client; negotiate terms of its implementation and transmit them to the operation of the project.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Principal Accountabilities:

· Supports the PM on the generation of reporting and analyses information for resolution with the client (materials, quality, testing, etc.)

· Supports PM in monitoring the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the internal metrics and/or customer

· Helps PM to coordinate and/or escalate the resolution of operation problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established.

· Coordinates the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product

· Coordinated and/or escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain.

· Coordinates and/or escalates, with the CFT, the troubleshooting of delivery on time products (OTD)

· Coordinates with the CFT the evaluation and demand load as well as the response of the operation (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments, etc.) that is communicated to the customer.

· Helps the PM on the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments, or overall progress of the account.

· Supports the PM to coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
