In this position, you'll be the Executive Assistant to key leaders in the Product organization, providing top-tier administrative assistance that is as varied and exciting as our product offerings. With each day bringing new challenges and opportunities, your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will not just be valued—they'll be instrumental in shaping our success.


What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, arrange appointments, schedule visitors, maintain calendars, manage expenses, and plan complex travel.
  • Thrive with minimal supervision., Take charge, and make decisions.
  • Plan and support team events.
  • Work and partner with cross functional global teams both remotely and in office.
  • Work closely with other Executive Admins to assist with meeting awareness and readiness, for your leader and the organization.
  • The position requires traversing the office to perform essential functions.
  • Embrace the unexpected and tackle any challenge that comes your way, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
  • Show initiative and a hunger for knowledge, seizing every opportunity to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn the subject areas of the executives you support. Use that knowledge to proactively manage calendars and triage conflicts effectively.
  • Instead of reacting to issues that have already occurred, leverage your unique perspective and knowledge to proactively identify conflicts/needs and resolve them independently.

Qualifications:

  • Be kind.
  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executives in public high-tech companies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent executor who will seek answers, context, or direction when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively execute tasks with precision.
  • Proficient in productivity tools, including Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet a plus.

Provides executive administrative support ofa highly complex
Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential executive administrative support to the senior Leadership team. (50%)

  • Manage Executive Leaderships’ calendar and schedule meetings.

  • Handle non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Make complex travel arrangements thatimpactthe CISO along with the Leadership reporting to the Executive.

  • Mentor assistants, coordinators, and others throughout the company; sharing knowledge, resources, and experience.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Contacts are frequent within and outside the organization and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of critical importance to the organization and usually are of asensitive/confidential

  • andprotecthighly confidential corporateinformation,is the first point of contact in person and on calls for executives from internal departments and external clients, andworkindependently with minimal supervision or direction.

  • Develop, manage, and enhance both internal and external communication with existing and potential clients.

  • Deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

  • Provide leadership in the physical office location to the CISO/SVP’s teams.

  • disseminatinginformation, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures, etc.

  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications and assist in the issuance of internal communications and external communications as required.

  • Represent the Office of the CISO/SVP  acrossthe Company which includes responding to inquiries andescalatingas necessary.

  • Coordinate webcast releases for conferences and conference calls, with a primary responsibility for call quality and overall success

  • Event planning and support for department related events.

  • Must be available for occasional domestic and international travel to support the Executive

Other Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

  • Versed in information security practices to fullproficiencywith F5’s security policies

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in understanding and navigating business functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactively execute tasks.

  • Must have initiative and be able toutilizejudgment to act proactively in the dispensation of tasks on behalf of the executive leadership.

  • Must have the ability to complete tasks without exact/detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to make independent decisions in an environment with much ambiguity.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures.

  • Must be detail oriented, prompt, flexible, and dependable.

  • Experience and comfort in developing andmaintaininghybrid and virtual executive relationships.

  • Strong time management and effective prioritization

  • Discretion and ability tomaintainconfidentiality of sensitive information

  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients, vendors, and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelors’ degree; or 5 years and a Masters’ degree

  • Extensive administrative support experience of a C-level senior-level executive.

  • Technology industry experience preferred.

  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.

  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook,Teamsand PowerPoint. (Access a plus).

  • Project management skills essential.
