Your key responsibilities:

As an Associate/Senior Associate (Manager), you will have the opportunity to be involved in the execution of the M&A process, from deal sourcing to closure. The role of an Associate/Senior Associate (Manager) within EY’s M&A group is challenging and fast paced, that requires dedication and a strong work ethic. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform market research and analysis, including analysis of key business drivers and market, competition and industry risk and opportunity analysis
