In this role, you will manage different technology teams tasked with the buildout of a global federated customer master and related automation of customer processes.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in analytics, data management, and wealth management. The individual will work closely with front-office users (bankers, service members, etc.) and our technology teams to draft requirements, process flows, and design future state solutions. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple technology squads helping to prioritize decisions and requirements. A background in data management and data modeling will be an added benefit.
Responsibilities:
Use your strong analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify data sources, and collect and preprocess data
Lead working sessions with front-office users to understand pain points, draft requirements, and design future processes
Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities
Own the product roadmap for the GFCM squads and customer processes
Collaborate with engineering, data and analytics teams to design, build, and enhance tools for rollout against the product roadmap
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant business data analysis experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering, advanced degree is a plus
Strong data analysis skill (e.g. SQL) along with an understanding of technical patterns used to consume and process data at scale
Experience with leading digital initiatives as a Product Owner in Agile development process.
Extensive experience working with engineers and developers to understand what is technically possible, how to translate customer’s needs into technical requirements that delivers scalable, reliable, and standardized data solutions.
Strategic, results-driven and passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizations to get the job done.
A proven track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in addressing complex challenges.
Familiarity with Wealth Management business processes and front office users is extremely desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
· Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Record Management Officers (RMOs), Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Developers, Enterprise Data Teams, and the Services Data Team
· Support efforts to implement systematic controls and intuitive workflows to enforce track and enforce Data Privacy across the Services Data Ecosystem
· Create and maintain a product vision aligned to business priorities, key user needs, and organizational OKRs
· Act as product owner / manager for Data Privacy work to satisfy enterprise policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
· 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services
· Bachelor's degree required; Masters is a plus
· Experience working as a product manager or product owner, in an Agile environment, collaborating with technology to understand stakeholder needs and translate into business requirements and features
· Experience in leading the design, development and management of automated solutions that address user pain points, enable self-service and drive efficiency
· Ability to manage through ambiguity by making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
· Communicates effectively: develops and delivers clear communication both written and verbal, tailored to the needs of different audiences
· Experience leveraging glossary, lineage and data quality tools to drive governance
