This job is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets Operations function for one or more operations product areas. Role Description:

The Global Market Operations Risk Function is aligned to provide a centralized risk model, driving consistency through end-to-end horizontal risk management and oversight functions, as well as vertical risk functions. The vertical risk function provides dedicated risk expertise to support the lines of business and regions. The horizontal risk function provides a centralized view of GMO Risk, support ad hoc initiatives and centralized resiliency planning, together with the oversight and support of regulatory requirements and corporate audits impacting GMO.This role will maintain strong routines in support of the core risk & operations functions for Global Market Operations. This position is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with Senior Management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• The team is responsible for designing and developing reports and dashboards that drive daily business decisions.
• Ensure any GMO requests are fully understood and the information/data being used is accurate, timely and has gone through the required quality reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal global business, control and risk partners.

What we are looking for:

• Must have exposure to multiple BI Tableau implementations in the areas of designing intuitive interfaces, dashboards and ad-hoc reports
• Create user-friendly and dynamic Tableau dashboards with KPIs, Heat Maps, Scatterplots, Bar Charts, Slicers, Drill down, Drill up etc. features and possess understanding of when to use them.
• Develop multiple prototypes, mock-ups and conceptualization of ideas that bring simplicity and context to complex design challenges
• Strong understanding of Data Visualization concepts and ability to identify trends & patterns in the data for providing actionable insights
• Understanding of DataMart/Data warehouse concepts

Role Overview

The Vulnerability Scanning Senior Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring global operational coverage and driving end-to-end strategic technology enablement for the Vulnerability Identification program.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible taking part in providing global operational coverage (Follow-the-Sun) for vulnerability identification, inclusive of potential On-Call Involvement.
• Execute automated and custom scan routines to detect infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Participate in incident response activities in collaboration with control owners and remediation teams.
• Involvement in the Development and Execution of the technology strategy for vulnerability identification.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing for next-gen scanning technologies.
• Optimize and ensure resiliency of scanning platforms.
• Identify and map vulnerability detection gaps to appropriate technology solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Track, resolve, and report on technology-based thematic issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced hands-on experience with industry leading vulnerability identification scanning Solutions (Qualys and Tenable, including custom query development.
• Proven ability to integrate scanning tools with workflow platforms (ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts and terminology.
• Excellent prioritization, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/MS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cloud-based scanning, and compliance frameworks (NIST, FFIEC).
• Experience with vulnerability rating methodologies.
• Background in Windows and UNIX administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

JobDescription/Accountabilities:

• Lead and execute CDD remediation activities aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies for clients under a new or enhanced banking license.
• Manage and track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and quality completion of remediation deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including remediation plans, dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Utilize various independent online sources to obtain requisite information to suffice the UK/Ireland CDD requirements;
• Understand the client risk assessment and be able to apply the appropriate level of due diligence to the client;
• Achieve exceptional quality of AML analysis via information / documentation review and accurate data entry
• Work closely with the Credit, Operations, Sales and Trading desks and potentially interact directly with clients as required
• Conduct client outreach via both emails and phone calls
• Liaise with Regional counterparts to consolidate requirements to avoid multiple touchpoints during client outreach

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in CDD/KYC within banking, financial services, or consulting environments.
• Strong track record in managing or supporting remediation projects, preferably involving CDD/KYC book of records remediation projects
• Has a solid understanding of the client onboarding end to end process including the new global regulatory framework, credit, legal, AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MIFID and the role of various stakeholders involved
• Proven experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good team player as well as be able to work independently
