Key job responsibilities
The Head of Construction will be responsible for:
• Hiring and developing new Construction Managers. Coach, mentor, and lead a large Construction Management team (20+ builders, including people managers).
• Strategic and tactical management of construction capacity delivery within their region.
• Communicate and provide guidance to Finance during the development and execution of capital budgets.

- 12+ years leading development and construction of Data Center projects and/or critical infrastructure projects.

You will stay up to date on applicable data center operation tooling in order to provide impactful feedback on both defects and areas of improvement before features are released. - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

- Bachelor’s degree required
