As Associate Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end resolution of complex technical issues. You will proactively review and mitigate risk. You will also minimize any potential service disruptions for some of the top companies in APJ.

As a Associate Cloud Support Engineer , you will be responsible for:

• Working unassisted with the customers managing their incidents and escalations to closure
• Collaborating with customers and internal cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, resolve and report on technical issues
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the support team to develop and implement best practices
• Partnering with internal Sales, Services, Engineering and Support teams to ensure customer success on the Akamai platform

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 6 months -2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant fields
• Have experience with working on web application issues (HTML, javascript, JSP)
• Be well versed in how the internet works, it's underlying protocols with understanding of DNS, HTTP/S, TCP.
• Have knowledge on technologies in cloud infrastructure eg. cloud compute, object storage, Load balance, Firewall
• Be experienced in providing technical solutions and professional support for B2B customers
• Communicate in fluent English, the role will be required to support English speaking countries in APJ

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and deploy server clusters. Remotely diagnose hardware problems and facilitate server repairs and manage Akamai's hardware assets. You will be managing a team of field technicians and working closely with external partners. You will also ensure the service we deliver is exceptional with our Internal cross-functional teams as well.

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing projects for server deployments and network installations through collaboration with cross-functional technical teams
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams during execution to provide end-to-end support for deployment projects
• Working closely with field technicians, ISPs and Akamai partners for installation and maintenance of Akamai Network Infrastructure
• Managing hardware assets and troubleshooting issues remotely across APJ

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in running Pre/Post Quality Assurance process on network infrastructure
• Be experienced in network technologies, internet protocols and data center operations
• Have Proficiency in OSI layer 2 and a good understanding of OSI layer 3,4 & 7 (HTTP/HTTPS/DNS)
• Show expertise and hands-on technical experience configuring, managing and troubleshooting switches and servers
• Possess basic knowledge of bash/perl/python scripting in a Linux/Unix environment and SQL
• Have a goal-oriented mindset to work through roadblocks, attention to detail and bring about project closure
• Be passionate about building productive relationships with customers, teams and partners

As an Associate Network Expense Administrator you will assist in the daily operations of our Network Contract and Invoice Administration team. You will foster and maintain successful relationships with our Vendors, Account Managers, and the Finance department.

As an Associate Network Expense Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team to ensure new invoices, contracts, order forms are captured and moved through our workflow
• Reviewing invoices and contracts to ensure proper posting into our database
• Logging, tracking and resolving contractual discrepancies, issues and disputes
• Working with Vendors, Account Managers and Finance to ensure the integrity of our data contracts
• Maintaining operational processes to support greater workflow and management efficiencies

• Have 1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate in Finance/Economics faculty
• Demonstrate experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Able to work a shift of 3pm to 12am daily due to the nature of the role.
• Able to provide shift allowances for shift of 3pm to 12am daily. (Mondays to Fridays)
