• Prepare/post journal entries in collaboration with GBS Team as needed.
• Perform GL line items analysis of transactions in SAP as required.
• Prepare/review/approve the assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations as needed
• Provide support in other areas of accounting, as required.
• Code domestic & foreign purchases, freight, duties, taxes and other invoices to proper GL accounts.

• Prepare/review accruals for outstanding expense, utilities, freight, or duty invoices, for month end closing.
• Reconciliation of vendors to statement and intercompany balances.
• Responsible for executing cheque runs, EFT payments and bank enquiries on payments as needed.
• Timely payment of taxes and keeping track of payments made for taxes e.g., sales tax, withholding tax, corporate taxes.
• Support in processing and validating regular overhead and workflow invoices.
• Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with Logistics, Finance, Tax and other departments
• Support during external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and bridge to connect the appropriate team members.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University or College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

To manage pre-season Planning and Buying within the market for the Brand's owned E-commerce channel (e-com).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the implementation of the pre-season strategy for e-com OTB Planning & Management following the market financial targets and global guidelines
• Following Channel Ranges provided by Market Category teams, leads the buying process for eCom and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plans.
• Ensure the size breakdowns are created according to market needs and incorporated in the buying process for e-com.
• Support in the market seasonal stock position assuring the right volumes are available in e-com and distribution centers.
• Assist in market trading, assuring timely sales forecast by product for the chain, stock intakes, and in-season markdowns.
• Prepare input to Market Category teams in regards to range needs.
• Submit volume forecasts into system for horizontal reviews by leadership team at key milestones.
• Enable buying process for the assigned channels and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plansand Channel Ranges provided by Market Category team.
• Leverage a data driven approach to influence range decisions through input and relationship management focused on Market Category teams.
• Work with global/local colleagues to define and implement best in class eCom buying best practices and KPI tracking mechanisms focused on optimization of the eCom experience through product and ranging decisions.
• Partner with DVM/UX to deliver a premium onsite shopping experience for the consumer, focused on product merchandising and storytelling.
• Support full Buying team with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day operations as needed.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Sports Marketing Finance Amsterdam team according to the requirements of Group policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the specific area of responsibility,

• Processing of athlete, club and federation invoices
• Owning the E2E card loading and expenditure process with the Omni team

• Timely and accurate processing of sports marketing related invoices,
• Control each invoices before posting with contracts and if needed with related business team and raise/manage opening of new bank accounts with GBS teams,
• Preparation of account reconciliations for loadings and expenditure related to athlete credit cards
• Regularly checking contracts in PMT (contract database) ensuring correct financial conditions
• To assist in preparation documentation and be involved in the annual audit
• Actively participate in projects, support the implementation of findings and sustainability of achievements.
