Key Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies by partnering with the sales channels with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and achieving efficiencies across the supply chain.
  • Drive DC strategy implementation and key initiatives to fulfill all customer requirements and orders on time and in full.
  • Plan the resources needed with the input of Customer Service and Order Fulfillment to deliver breakthrough results in service and cost.
  • Oversee productivity and accuracy of DC operations, including receiving/put away, slotting, internal replenishment, VAS services, picking, packing, returns handling, sample management, as well as inventory and process control to ensure an effective product flow through all areas of the DC.
  • Overall responsible for DC budget forecast and control with cost/benefit analysis to achieve KPIs targets, including labor CPU, UPH, and % over NS.
  • Plan and build up DC capability for all required service models and set resource capacity (storage and throughput) by improving productivity/cost to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Develop and foster the continuous improvement culture across the DC reaching operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with key customers with the aim of aligning service expectations and quality of deliveries.
  • Identify the infrastructure needs to meet business requirements in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Benchmark with the best-in-class in the industry in service level, productivity, and cost control.Share best practices with DC leaders in LAM.
  • Foster a healthy DC culture that focuses on adidas values and promotes diversity and inclusion to drive creativity and growth. Nurture the DC team with customer/consumer-orientation, result-orientation, and required professional skillset.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations by reinforcing daily execution.

  • Global Collaboration: Maintain alignment with stakeholders in key jurisdictions on privacy topics to support their compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including significant experience in building Privacy Governance and implementing global privacy regulations in an international setting.
  • Additional experience in related fields like data governance or information security governance is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR is a must; additional laws are a plus).
  • Experience with privacy management tools and building processes and tools for scalable privacy compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, IT, business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT) is a plus.
  • Excellent team player, able to build productive working relationships within the team and across the organization
  • Ability to take action, provide direction and develop effective solutions in complex environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Ability to break down complex legal requirements into scalable processes and tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Conduct training on all operations process paths for team members as necessary
  • Work with manager to implement and enforce all OSHA standards, as well as, warehouse rules/regulations especially those related to powered industrial trucks (PIT)
  • Train and certify all personnel on the safe operation of equipment, including PIT
  • Partner with on-the-floor trainers to maintain the consistency and spirit of process training
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and remediation training as needed
  • Facilitate courses and/or learning sessions for all associates and leadership as needed
  • Administrative tasks as needed: printing and organizing learning materials, tracking training sign-offs, etc
  • Conduct observation sessions and report results
  • Maintain visibility on the operations floor to maintain process knowledge and identify gaps in skills, training approach, etc
  • Instruct, examine and issue certifications
  • Support the creation and implementation of SOPs and One Point Lessons
  • Ability to develop and share best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Also being fluent in Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts as needed to support a 21 hour/day – 7 day/week operation
  • One (1) plus year experience operating and training on the safe operation of forklifts, order pickers, reach-fork trucks, walkies/pallet jacks and scissor lifts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of handling heavy-duty PIT vehicles and strong safety awareness
