Details
Purpose of the Role

Responsible for IT services and stakeholder management for Hungary TGO sites. This role will manage a team which is based on site. The key focus of the role is to manage site specific localised / legacy systems; as well as supporting global programs and initiatives which will be planned for implementation. This role engages and ensures global services are delivered to the requirements / SLA for the site, as per business operating hours. The collaboration and coordination aspects is key to be successful in this role.

Site TGO IT leader will manage 4 types of applications:

• Local applications managing a limited part of the overall process
• Local instances of global applications (Most of them directly integrated to the manufacturing equipment)
• Data Integrity support services to industrial control systems
• Full ownership of local lab computerized systems

Site TGO IT responsibilities:

  • Local Application Management: Enhancements, upgrades, validation, budget, vendor SLA, user support, interfaces monitoring
  • Shop Floor: Maintaining integration of IT application to equipment, IT tools (Workstations, handhelds, labels printers etc.)
  • Lab instruments ownership: Complete validation cycle, data integrity solutions, part 11 solutions
  • Compliance: Periodic reviews, audit preparation
  • Legacy systems retirement

Key site interface for global projects & IT services

  • Support global standardization programs and implementations plans and assessing local resources to support
  • Assessment impact and risk of multiple IT projects for the sites highlighting accordingly
  • Highlight improvements in global IT services
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers and vendors used for localised applications where IT relevant.
  • Be part of the S.L.T to understand the business goals and initiatives and managing this relationship as the front person for IT; taking accountability to keep the business up to date with IT changes as they occur
  • Be the key contact point for IT Security

Decision Making and Influence

  • Annual Operating Plan for local requirements (Opex Budget / Costs)
  • Capital Investments and plans for localised systems; however sometimes managing exceptions and Capex required by Global Initiatives
  • Build a capable TGO IT team, developing and improving the team. Ensuring skills and training for individual development plans (IDP’s)
  • Adhoc decisions in the business interest of the business
  • Providing inputs in improvement plans for IT and the business to ensure optimisation and efficiency
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computing, science or a related subject / equivalent field experience
• 5+ years’ experience across a broad range of IT systems (Focused on Manufacturing Operations and Quality)
• Validation experience for pharmaceuticals. GMP, GxP mandatory
• Strong IT skills and capabilities
• Strong written, numerical and verbal communications skills
• Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge
• Strong process analysis and modelling skills
• Leadership and management skills
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• The ability to think and work independently, and collaborate with internal and external project teams effectively in a matrix organization
