You will work closely with the HPM business, regions & the Marketing center of excellence to support events globally.
You are responsible for
Develop and manage world-class HPM representation at customer conferences & fairs.
Develop process, tools and standards to support, outsource and track event delivery through 3rd parties. Work with event agencies/vendors to conceptualize and enable successful customer events.
Work with Marketing teams to define and optimize product/solution requirements to promote within the overall event portfolio.
Manage robust 'surround tactics' by embracing Marketing team skills/talents.
Create Brand Experiences that project and exploit the Philips Strategy and Brand and develop plan for measurement and analytics and document for future investment decisions.
Typically manage budget between 1 to 3 M€.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in Marketing / Communications / Event Management or similar
Several years of marketing experience
Several years of experience managing large events and processes across a complex organization
Successful track record of managing external events
Experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups
Event Vendor/Agency management experience required.
Project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
Practice in developing plans to measure and evaluate event success
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Has expert level knowledge of company products and services.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Fluent in English & German oral and written, other European languages a plus
