In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives
• Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
• Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
• Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
• Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance / Business administration / qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWA/ Engineering.
• 10-12 years of work experience in Process Engineering /Process Excellence / Transformation / Finance role in banking / consulting domain.
• Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions in Finance function in banking /consulting domain
• Proficiency/ exposure to tools like Power BI/ Power Apps/ Python / Alteryx / AI / JIRA/ iGrafx etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to cultivate strong and collaborative working relationships with business teams, managers and senior leaders
• Proficiency in interpersonal, influencing, project coordination and communication skills.
• Any exposure or any relevant certification in Lean / Six Sigma or any exposure in digital transformation
• This is a non – operations role however open to hiring professionals from operations background in Finance who are interested to build an alternative career.

Job Expectations:

• Shift timing is largely mid-shift (1.30 PM – 10.30 PM IST) however extended working hours are possible based on business requirements.
• Training would be provided on RCSA Program including the tools.
