Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience architecting and building machine learning solutions, including data pipelines, ML pipelines, model training, and serving infrastructure.
Experience with generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal models, and leveraging application frameworks.
Experience presenting technical solutions and their business value to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Product Management, Engineering) to achieve customer outcomes.
Experience in designing and building with one or more from the following ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or SparkML.
Experience analysing a customer’s existing data infrastructure and workloads to define a migration and modernization roadmap to the cloud.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
