Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in productivity and collaboration solutions.
4 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.
Experience in deploying or managing Cloud productivity solutions such as Google Workspace for enterprise customers.
Experience in working with and promoting SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facingrole that requires interactions in English.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience with customer-facing cloud productivity solutions, including discovery, assessment, planning, and execution.
Experience in deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions at enterprise level, with knowledge of the typical mail, networking, security, and integration concepts.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience with IT security practices such as identity and access management, Security and data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.
