EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Acquire knowledge of SAP’s solution portfolio to support non-customer sales activities
  • Structure public procurement information and help to prepare support and cloud offers
  • Keep responsibility on all public renewal business related back-office activities
  • Revise and update existing maintenance and support documentation and knowledge base, prepare customer presentations and take part in deal structuring
  • Handling of maintenance contracts and paperwork around internal processes and systems
  • Gain insight to SAP’s support and cloud portfolio, to relevant sales processes and take responsibility for “Maintenance at Risk” (MAR) creation in SAP systems
  • Learn to work with contractual data in industry standard SAP systems like SAP S/4 HANA and further protect and improve master and transactional data and its quality
  • Help to further optimize maintenance, support and cloud reporting in SAP analytics tools
  • Organize CEP team and public renewal business related calls with colleagues spread in worldwide
  • Support local CEP teams in other business-related topics and closely work with colleagues from various other functional areas including Sales, Finance and support delivery


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student – with preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Business Information Systems or similar
  • Very good verbal and written German and English
  • Other CEE-language skills are an advantage but optional
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of initiative and operational readiness
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Based in Vienna, Austria
  • Candidates who can work over 20 weekly hours are preferred

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
