- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, specializing in AI/ML.
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development, with a demonstrated track record of building and deploying production-level models.
- Experience working in a research setting, collaborating with researchers and translating research findings into practical applications.
- Ability to demonstrate success in leading distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering strong communication, collaboration, and a sense of shared purpose even in a remote work environment.
