This job posting offers a fixed term role (until September 2027) as a maternity cover for Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate – Consulting in Global Learning Deployment Team.
Your key responsibilities
- Take care of end-to-end deployment of Global, Area and multi-Region learning courses for Consulting Portfolio, through multiple virtual delivery channels and platforms (VCs, webcasts, eLearning, etc) and physical classroom learning programs.
- Support various Global deployment projects and support EY Regions in their local deployment.
- Collaborate with external teams aligning them to key deadlines and deliverables.
- Take care of participant management.
- Source facilitators for Learning courses and ensure they are adequately prepared for course delivery.
- Support on cross stream activities for our flagship events which include SharePoint, event applications and onsite materials
- Source venues and vendors, take care of end-to-end logistics, organize course materials for physical classroom learning events.
- Liaise with TSS supporting teams around learning administration.
- Monitor consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curricula.
- Support and develop more junior Learning Deployment Specialists within the Global Learning Deployment pillar.
- Contribute to the effective measurement of learning solutions for the portfolio and seek to continuously improve internal practices to best-in-class standards.

- Demonstrable experience of managing teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrable experience of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments to deliver required results.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge and understanding of diverse virtual platforms, digital, virtual communication etc.
- Diverse background eg. Business Consulting, Digital learning deployment, Start Up, or any other field with transferrable skills applicable for the role.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development tools, technologies and platforms that can be leveraged in deployment.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new ways of doing things.
