Preferred qualifications:

• in Communications , Journalism , Digital Design, or similar

• 8+ years of experience in UX content strategy/design (not product marketing)

• 3+ years as a people manager

• A portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact

• participating in peer reviews and working within a crit culture
