Description
Coordinate the P.O placement with the Suppliers, OEM’s & other related functions.Ensure Supplier Performance & delivery commitments are met.Handle logistical issues among our partner manufacturers/suppliers and Apple.Engage directly with Global Supply Managers to confirm component and commodity pricing.Support site to site material transfers.EOL Management - Elimination of Excess and Obsolete material.Drive the monthly reserves process & dispositions.Provide regular forecasting to the supply base.Ensure all POs align with the correct pricing & interact closely with cross functional teams to resolve any invoice issues.Support the daily shortage process.You will support NPI activity across various programs.Drive Process improvement.Successful candidate will be required to liaise across time zones with Asia & US.
Minimum Qualifications
- Meaningful experience in a Supply Chain role in a global technology manufacturing operation.
- Experienced SAP user.
- Strong data analysis and numeric skills to identify trends & business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across an organization.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities , written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
