Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Apps, Co-pilot Studio, and Dataverse, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
• Utilize Co-pilot Studio to create custom AI powered chat bots and integrate various Microsoft services.
• Design, implement, and manage data models in Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of developed solutions.
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in using Co-pilot Studio for automation and integration.
• Strong experience with Dataverse for data management and integration.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure services and integration with Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
