Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Program Lifecycle Management: Oversee all operational aspects of product lifecycle management, from Initiation to post-market activities, ensuring seamless coordination across research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization phases
  • Strategic Launch Management: Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch critical products, aligning with strategic objectives and market demands. Coordinate activities from clinical supply to market entry, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement
  • Value Chain Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability throughout the program lifecycle. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize resource allocation and supply chain management
  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Industrial engineering, a science-related field or similar degree with applicable experience
  • Additional professional qualification (e.g. APICS, PMI) is of advantage
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in leading operations within global supply chain, logistics or procurement processes in the Pharmaceutical/ Medical devices industry
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional program teams within a matrix organizational structure
  • Experience with project management and program management; pharmaceutical program management or in Biologics will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in teams, communicate clearly (both written and verbal), and demonstrate problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in leadership development and contributing to team success
  • Sensitivity to the cultural diversity of a global organization
  • Effective conflict management skills and diplomacy to resolve differences
  • Ability to conduct basic supply chain analysis and present conclusions
  • Ability to identify gaps between manufacturing capacities and forecast demand, and assist in implementing strategies to mitigate risks
  • Ability to identify opportunities and risks for assigned projects
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role
