Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience working in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, hardware development, and program management.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience reporting to executive leaders.
- Experience with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
- Experience with Rack, Server, Advanced Cooling solution development.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization and lead cross-functional process improvements.
- Ability to drive schedules, assess priorities, and identify gaps.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and program management skills.
