• Develop intuitive, engaging solutions for SAP’s partners, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
• Utilize your outstanding communication skills to forge meaningful connections with stakeholders across business and engineering spheres.
• Continuously enhance your expertise in the latest customer experience solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
• Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business and Economics.
• A profound zeal for innovative, efficient business solutions.
• Proven ability in merging business and engineering insights to craft seamless solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP’s extensive cloud solution portfolio.
• Proficiency in software engineering methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira.
• An emerging interest in observability and user monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Octobus).
• Fluency in English, with multilingual skills as a valued addition.
Work Experience:
• 3-5 years in the captivating field of business process design and requirements management, ideally in partner business or similar areas.
• A minimum of 1 year dedicated to SAP solution portfolio, with a focus on customer experience solutions (like Sales or Service Cloud).
