1.Project Delivery – this will include

  • Goals - The success is measured on closure of goals agreed upon with the client within the timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management – understanding and managing expectations from external stakeholders (clients) and internal stakeholders (Project Delivery Partner / Director)
  • Team Management – understanding the core strengths of the recruiters and leads mapped to the project to be able to align them to hire for the right roles and keep track of their productivity
  • Dashboards & Reporting – implementation and consolidation of trackers, creating of dashboards and presentations and sharing project updates.

2.Collaboration and Team Management

  • Identifying the right talent required for project execution and collaborating internally with the larger team to set this up.
  • Collaboration with existing team members – contributing at every level possible to elevate the performance of the larger teams which includes participating in assignments and project outside the project scope.

3.Recruitment Process Management | Process Design and Excellence

  • Provide post-implementation support by monitoring processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes; make changes for improvement to reflect better results in production, cost reduction, and other targeted outcomes; ensure all systems are kept up to date.
  • Lead the effort to define process design standards, approaches, tools, and other enablers into one coherent EY Process Management capability.
  • Collaborate with change groups, both inside and outside of EY, to ensure process design and capabilities are understood, adopted, and supported.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in EY and be an advocate of process design and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HR Consulting / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition services.
  • Knowledge of HR technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or graduate degree.
  • 7+ years’ experience in managing transformation programs / complex, large-scale process design from scope to completion.
  • Lateral thinker, strong data analysis skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly collaborative team-oriented, and strong consensus builder with confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency
  • Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
  • Strong detail orientation – highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery.
