What You’ll Be Doing:

• Treasury Management involves handling accounts and reconciliation, conducting internal audits, preparing forecasts, managing investments and foreign exchange, and providing monitoring, support, and supervision.

• Advisory and Consultation duties include offering guidance on corporate tax matters, driving process automation and digitalization initiatives, and leading improvement projects.

• Administration tasks encompass managing APA (Advance Pricing Agreements), handling transfer pricing, overseeing SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) audits, coordinating PWC audits, processing VAT refunds, and providing support for foreign trade.

• Tax Compliance requires you to prepare and submit SAT monthly and annual tax returns and reports.

• People Management involves managing a team of up to five direct reports, ensuring effective leadership and team development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a tax/administrative role in a multinational company.

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Broad experience with tax legislation.

• Excellent communication skills (fluency in English required).

• Analytical skills to address complex tax issues.

• Advanced degree in accounting or related field.

• Experience with specific software, tools, or methodologies related to tax and treasury management.
