• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with OX Security’s business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative security products on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on feedback.
• Present product vision and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
