You must be able to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and performance improvement across multiple operational and financial metrics throughout EMEA. You will be providing insights that support decision-making and help define, land, and execute on our key strategic priorities for the geography. You will support running the business cadence, helping navigate the complexities of systems and tools as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems, design, manage, and successfully deliver projects against operational standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Leadership team and Senior Director of Sales Operations to craft and deploy sales strategies that align with overall business goals and financial targets.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of company offerings, market trends, tools, and processes to supervise sales operations activities that underpin company objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments of EMEA operations, proactively providing and implementing recommendations for performance enhancement.
- Maintain responsibility over sales operations in the Barcelona office, ensuring fulfillment of revenue and margin objectives as the business grows and scales.
- Serve as a trusted proxy and advisor for the Sales Operations Senior Director and Barcelona hub leader capable of making crucial decisions in their stead.
- Cultivate and drive globally synchronised initiatives that aid in the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Key Functions:
- Develop actionable, measurable initiatives in close consultation with sales leadership to boost sales growth and increase sales rep productivity.
- Offer operational support through the analysis of key sales indicators relevant to EMEA sales strategies.
- Identify and improve upon process gaps, with a dedication to the ongoing refinement of sales processes and tools.
- Drive the success of the Barcelona hub as the business scales and grows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with a focus on the technology industry, and at least some years in leadership roles within Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven results-oriented approach with the aptitude to manage and fulfill multiple objectives amidst ambitious deadlines.
- Experienced in forecast management, pipeline management, coupled with a proficiency in systems like SFDC as well as analytic and reporting skills.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities with commendable decision-making expertise.
- Strong communication capabilities, adept at building relationships and engaging with executives and various company functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a field related to Technology is preferred
- Relevant exposure in Sales, Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar functions in SaaS organizations, with a pronounced emphasis on go-to-market strategy.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.com platform.
