Supplier Process and Quality Management team is in charge of Amazon hardware device electro mechanical commodities suppliers’ processes setup, development and quality management, covering speaker, MIC, PCB, FPCA, antenna, wireless charger, motor etc. The key responsibilities include new supplier qualification and capability development, components design review, process setup and continuous improvement, new technologies study and application, technical and quality issues solving, and drive suppliers continuously provide high-quality parts.Key job responsibilities
Supplier quality management
---New supplier process and quality audit.
---Regular process and quality audit.
---Drive supplier process and quality improvement.
Project quality management
---New part design for manufacture.
---New process setup and development.
---In NPI phase process line setup, optimize, audit and build quality performance management.
---Process and quality related issue solving and support.
Others---Quality system and procedure build up and improve.
---CM IQC setup and return parts quality issues analysis.
A day in the life
You are firefighters when issue happened, solve the issues in short time with root cause clearly, furthermore, we focus on risks and potential issues prevention.

Education, certification and experience
---Bachelor in Electronics, mechanical, chemical or manufacturing preferred.
---Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consumer electronics manufacture parts factories design, process, or quality related role.
---Familiar with one of the following parts, including PCB, FPC, SMT, Antenna Module.
---Has following processes experience, including SMT, PCB manufacturing, high speed signal testing(S parameters testing), printing, lamination, coating, soldering etc.Technical capability
---Technical background in design or process.
---Suitable quality knowledge.
---Strong ability to component and process validation, supplier development and new project launch, troubleshooting and quality improvement.
---Able to understand how to read and interpret engineering documents. Ability to identify CTQ/CTP in products and process.
---Has good capability of process problem solving with appropriate tools.
---Have capability to manage multiple development programs in parallel.

Technical skills and experience.
---Has good antenna and RF related knowledge.
---Has good printing, coating, lamination, soldering, related knowledge.
---Has good SMT application experience.
---Has good understanding and application of IPC-A-600/610/6012/6013, GD/T.
Quality knowledge & tools
---Solid understanding of statistical tools, such as hypothesis-testing and SPC.
---Able to use Minitab or JMP.
---Able to code with Excel VBA, Python, or Java script.
---Has good Machine learning application experience.
---ASQ GB/BB/CQE/CMQ or equivalent qualified.
