What You’ll Do- Strategic Planning: Support annual and long-term financial and operational planning processes, including in-depth analysis and ad hoc deep dives as needed.
- Performance Reporting: Facilitate reporting on CPG, Grocery, and Retail business performance metrics to Uber’s executive leadership.
- Insights and Analytics: Develop methodologies to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and track the impact of initiatives on your clients’ goals.
- Operational Excellence: Identify weaknesses, propose process improvements, and innovate operational solutions for optimal performance.
- Campaign and Partner Optimization: Build tailored solutions for CPG partners, monitor their performance, and resolve complex support issues.
- Pricing Support: Act as a pricing expert, conducting sensitivity analyses and building business cases to support sales strategies.
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with Product teams to ensure local requirements are considered for product launches.
- Initiative Leadership: Drive key playbook initiatives to scale adoption for CPG partners, while stepping in to support teammates when needed.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer feedback and product limitations to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data, measure campaign performance, and create actionable insights to optimize strategies.
What you'll need- 3–4 years of experience in consulting, account management, or startup environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience analyzing data to evaluate performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
- Full proficiency in both Spanish and English.
