Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, finance or human resources.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading complex process improvement projects.
Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for standard systems and custom applications.
Experience with accounting, finance, tax, and or risk/compliance principles.
Experience with process improvement or Six Sigma.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
