Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Developers responsible for developing and designing front end/back-end application.

• Keeps abreast of current technology trends and familiar with application development best practices.

• Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.

• Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.

• Experience in working in a DevOps environment.

• Experience working in an agile development environment.

• Collaborate with users, QA and Management to ensure that enhancements and application defects are managed effectively. Communicate status of development activities as required.

• Should be able to understand & architect the solution with the tools available readily in the market.

• Responsible for developing and executing formal performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.

• Ensure Code quality and participate in the code review meetings.

Skills/Experience:

• Should have 3-5 years of work experience.

• Full stack application development with Python, Django or Ruby/Rails as backend and Angular or React as frontend & NoSQL technologies.

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Node.js.

• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby.

• Expertise in at least one popular web frameworks (like Django, Flask, Rails)

• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology.

• Expertise in managing Cloud / VMWare resources and good exposure on Docker.

• Familiar with application development best practices

Additional qualifications

• Certifications in relevant tools & technologies.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer sciences (relevant) or more

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1+ year of IT-relevant experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of IT-relevant experience.

• 2+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).

• 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
