Be the first overlay in the North America sales organization, focused on selling JFrog MLOps solutions and equipping the team with the resources, tools, and training to succeed.
Help shape the MLOps Sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share, and expansion of JFrog MLOps Solutions.
Be responsible and accountable for direct quota and revenue targets for JFrog MLOps Solutions in North America.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
Represent JFrog at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's brand and driving new business opportunities.
Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
Build trusted executive relationships with sales leadership, acting as a liaison between the sales organization and other departments within JFrog to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the region.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to translate business and product strategies into opportunities for expanding JFrog’s footprint and growing the business.
Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and create action plans to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
To be a Senior Manager, MLOps Sales in JFrog you need...
10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within the data domain, including 5+ years as a direct quota-carrying enterprise SaaS representative.
A proven understanding of the SaaS business model, business strategy, and market development, with strong analytical and business modeling skills.
A track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Demonstrated success in selling data/ML software solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Expertise in competitive analysis, market dynamics, product, and technology trends within the industry.
A passion for product, technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
The ability to lead, influence, and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of leadership, both internally and externally.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, with a focus on execution and results.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to travel as needed.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
