As part of the Quality Control Team your daily tasks will include:
Perform the review of client profiles, checking for consistency of the whole Lifecycle based on legal and commercial documents, in order to understand client´s activity, structure and associated risks.
Obtain a general understanding of AML (Anti money laundering) policies and internal procedures, in accordance with local and global standards.
Address WKO organization inquiries regarding procedures and engage appropriate teams.
In-depth knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure client 's records are compliant with all applicable rules/regulations
Foster partnerships with other supporting areas such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, including Global Client Onboarding teams.
Prepare data and metrics for regulatory reporting.
Participate in special projects as requested.
Suggest process improvements and look for efficiencies in the process.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Fluent English is mandatory, both written and verbally.
Previous experience with AML/KYC, Investment Banking, is a plus.
