Job Description- Assists in providing graphics related technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family.
- Responsibilities may include customer issues triage, drive engineering for solutions, participating in new product enabling, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials.
- Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations.
- Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of related experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Intel platform bring-up.
- Experience working with Intel Architecture / SoC Platform.
- Experience in isolating/resolving hardware/software issues/ability to debug/root causing software failures.
- Familiarity with device drivers and system programming/understanding of BIOS/Windows OS/Linux OS.
- Experience platform software and system SW debug tools in previous work would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Linux environment would be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal/written forms and to participate in fast-paced discussions.
- Work well within a local/global team environment and independently.
- Accountability, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency. Open-minded, adaptable and willing to learn.
