We're seeking a Station Manager for Delivery Station for our managing our Delivery Operations. In this role you will be responsible for managing a delivery site in performance management and driving the operational plan.
Essential Functions
- Preparation of manpower roster for daily operations in lines with the organizational rules & guidelines- Monitoring daily station operations & ensure that organizational targets are met without any compromise on Customer Promise and associate Safety- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
- Asset & infrastructure management which includes maintenance & upkeep, accounting, distribution & custody
- Conduct of various associate engagement activities to ensure smooth operationsEssential Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situationsAnalytical Skills: Effectively analyse and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
