You will be the primary focal point to vendors for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Your aim to fulfill committed KPI to IBM Clients, and support business growth.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Fluent in communicating in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Ms Office, especially Excel’s formula, pivot, and filter.
- Knowledge in Lenovo PC/Laptop series (Thinkpad, Ideapad, AIO, etc) is preferable.
