We are currently seeking a Senior Application Engineer Supervisor to join our Honeywell Connected Industrial Service offerings (HCI) team in our Bangkok, Thailand office. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, your focus will be Technically lead a diverse team of multiple skill level, national & cultural background and ensure projects and professional services are carried out on time, on budget and to the happiness of the customer.

• Work closely with the external customer and internal leadership to facilitate delivery of all projects & services, including large programs, with commercial & customer success.
• Technically lead a diverse team of multiple skill level, national & cultural background and ensure projects and professional services are carried out on time, on budget and to the happiness of the customer.
• Responsible for staffing, training, motivating the regional engineering team to build a vibrant & self -aware delivery organization. Ensure availability of highly skilled and effective personnel for execution and delivery.
• Focal point of the team to several other parts of the organization such as Project Management, After Market Services, other LOBs, Sales, CoE etc.
• Ensuring consistency to relevant internal and industry standard methodologies and guidelines. Optimizing efficiency and quality by driving and maintaining engineering perfection and standardization.

• 5 years working as Lead Engineer with good organizational knowledge of divisional departments and business units.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant discipline – engineering, computer science, data analytics, etc.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Able to effectively communicate with the customers’ design leads / unit heads.
• Develop / Execute strategies in areas of business growth & continuous improvement in execution, processes and product functionality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge in engineering or operations in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, mining, pulp & paper or others.
