- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with full stack development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with sign-up flows and related user-facing tools and flows.
- Experience in enterprise-facing software for providers in double sided marketplaces.
- Experience in any of the following: Web Applications, User Experience, Enterprise Applications, Boq, Navigating Ambiguity, Java, C++.
- Experience in building new products including rapid iteration/prototyping.
- Ability to pivot based on user feedback.
