This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you’ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies, by improving their processes and leveraging technologies. Your key responsibilities

Delivery

• Participate in process discussions and walkthrough meetings with Seniors, and prepare process flows / narratives and risk & control matrices
• Conduct and document test of design and operating effectiveness of controls for multiple processes across client(s), as per the defined standards and quality benchmark
• Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requests
• Provide regular status update to the Seniors on the controls tested

Client Management

• Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams
• Maintain rapport and proactive communication with the client

People related

• Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.
• Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good command on spoken and written English
• Analytical, organized and meticulous consulting skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1-3 years of work experience in risks & controls, with experience mainly in Internal Audit / SOX / internal controls
• Bachelor’s in commerce OR MBA (Master’s in business administration)
• Good command on spoken and written English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Problem solving skills
• Ability to think differently and innovate
