• Deploy and integrate enterprise security solutions, including web application security, bot defense, and API protection .
• Act as a trusted technical advisor , guiding customers on web security best practices .
• Lead or assist in website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, documentation, and go-live support .
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor system performance , troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices .
• Document key findings, configurations, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, or a related field , OR equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in system integration, cybersecurity, customer support, or cloud networking .
• Solid understanding of web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills .

• Knowledge of CDNs, application delivery controllers, load balancers, and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) .
• Familiarity with security audits and regulatory requirements , particularly for banks and financial institutions .
• Experience in cloud security and multi-cloud networking .
• Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) .
• Basic scripting or automation skills ( Python, Terraform ).
• Experience configuring networking equipment like BIG-IP or writing iRules .
