Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing Workplace’s value proposition.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives and engages target audiences.
Market Research: Utilise data and insights into client needs, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
15+ years’ experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
