Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of water infrastructure projects across New Zealand, with a focus on Auckland-based clients like Watercare and Auckland Council.
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating design efforts to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients - understanding their needs and helping shape the future of water infrastructure.
- Supporting business development and contributing to bids and proposals.
- Mentoring and supporting the growth of junior engineers and designers.
- Championing safety, sustainability, and innovation in everything you do.
